ProMedia Events (producers of NMRA, NMCA, NMCA West) announced some management changes and have released its ProPledge program, a program that will improve customer service. The former NHRA national event Safety Safari manager, Rollie Miller, replaced Charlie Harmon as the head of the ProMedia event division. Rollie Miller is the man for the job with two decades of drag racing experience and is known by racers, track operators, and event staff.
"ProMedia’s racers, partner tracks, and employees recognize the tremendous experience and professionalism Rollie Miller brings to our series,” said Steve Wolcott, co-founder and owner of ProMedia LLC. “While we will miss Charlie and wish him all the best in the future, we know that change is an important part of growing and improving our customer service moving forward. Rollie Miller will work together with our incredible event staff and partner tracks, to take our racer involvement to the next level.”

ProPledge has been established to improve customer service and sponsor experience at all of the motorsports events produced by ProMedia. By offering high levels of customer service, ProMedia looks at attain a positive experience for all customers. ProPledge will be woven into the fabric of the company and improve upon the reputation of all the motorsports events such as NMRA, NMCA, and NMCA West. Not only will it improve the customer side of things, it will include increased racer appreciation events, safety programs, and additional supports.
"If a racer, fan, or sponsor ever has an issue at one of our events, we guarantee we will try to resolve it to their satisfaction,” said Wolcott. “We just produced our first event at Summit Motorsports Park in Norwalk, Ohio, and I was blown away by the customer service the Bader family guarantees their customers. Our new friendship with the Bader family inspired our ProPledge program, which will further enhance our customers’ experience."
