“Mr. Open Comp,” Larry Geddes, NMRA two-time champion, has acquired several new sponsorships for the 2010 race season, and is in the hunt for his third championship.
With help from major sponsor www.BuyFordRacing.com, Larry is planning to compete in most of the NMRA’s 2010 events, as well as many of the NMCA events. With additional sponsorship from Team Z Motorsports (suspension), Quicktime (bellhousing), Flex-A-Lite (radiator fan), Mickey Thompson (tires), ACT (clutch) and Ford Racing Performance Parts, Geddes has a consistent, reliable machine, prepared to go rounds and make it to the Winner’s Circle. The Geddes 1990 Ford Mustang is powered by a 347 cu. in. Ford Racing crate engine, backed by a G Force five-speed transmission – this combination boasts a best of 10.89 at 121 mph.
