(PHOENIX, AZ) - Miami-based Veterans Retreat has teamed up with Bondurant School of High Performance Driving to teach recovering wounded U.S. Iraq & Afghanistan war veterans the art of High Performance Driving.
Bondurant has equipped their cars with devices that allow individuals with lower-limb or upper-body amputations or paralysis to control the cars. "We can accommodate almost any injury, so everyone who has been wounded in battle is encouraged to sign-up for future Bondurant events, no matter what their perceived limitations are," says Tim Suereth, President and founder of Veterans Retreat.
