Fore Precision Works is pleased to announce the solid rear axle 8.8 differential support cover for the 79 to current model Ford Mustang. The full billet structural differential cover is the most robust design available for 'any' 8.8 rear end. It can be placed to clear the floor pan in the fox, sn95, s197 and even the front 8.8 in the F150.

The full billet differential cover is machined to perfection with Fore Precision Works 5 axes CNC machine. The 8.8 differential cover starts out at 43 pounds of high quality T6061 billet aluminum and clears to 10.2 pounds when machined.

This is no cast piece and shows to hold over 1000 horsepower at the rear wheels with no problem. The differential cover comes with installation hardware including the pre-load bolts.

~ Benefits include:

Bottom accessible drain plug for simple draining

Engineered, high rigidity design for maximum strength

Billet 6061-T6 material is highly resistant to failure

Pre-load bolts for main bearing cap for maximum differential strength and reliability

Will fit all Ford 8.8" rear ends, with all gear ratios. Will clear challenging applications, such as the panhard rod on 2005+ Mustangs and spare tire well on 1979 through 2004 Mustangs.
