Auto Aftermarket Concepts, more commonly known as AAC, of Cincinnati, OH recently purchased the assets of RAZZI Corp, located in Alpharetta, GA. The new company, RAZZI by AAC, will remain in the existing Georgia manufacturing location, retain many of the “old” RAZZI Corporation key employees, and service existing and new Customers without any problems of product delivery or availability.

The new owners of RAZZI by AAC, John Miller and Mike Eckel, voiced enthusiasm when asked about purchasing RAZZI Ground Effect’s assets. “As the leading manufacturer and supplier of blow molded ABS Spoilers to the automotive aftermarket we felt the RAZZI ABS product line fit naturally in our family of businesses. Both RAZZI by AAC and California Dream by AAC sell the same Customer base…automotive restylers and enthusiasts. The opportunity to be not only the leading manufacturer of spoilers but to add the product line of “The Most Respected Name in the Restyling Industry” was a natural for our growth plans. It just so happens that the timing was perfect!”

RAZZI by AAC brings 25 years of Ground Effects development, products and marketing to the AAC family. With close to 250 Ground Effects kits currently available, and 10+ new kits coming down the pipeline, RAZZI is truly a leader in the Ground Effects industry. Add to that California Dream by AAC’s over 150 Spoilers, with in excess of 550 different applications, and you realize that a new force to be reckoned with is coming to the automotive aftermarket.
