1. I couldn't wait to get BBR tunes for my 08 Sport Trac as I was assured they could do the job. First, they did not ship as promised when I asked for expedited shipping at extra cost and they would not take responsibility for their error. No instructions were provided with the tuner. I had to go to the manufacturer to get the tuner's firmware corrected due to BBR's mistake. To make this short - after having my initial tune adjusted 4 more times, the vehicle had VERY POOR drivability, shifting was extraordinarily sluggish in that it would not downshift until I stomped on the accelerator. Their response with three different people was very poor - they blamed their email problems, took several weeks to adjust the tune. So after 10 months and several turnings back to stock, I gave up on them and found someone else who did the tune in less than a few hours and one adjustment in less than one. The vehicle runs in the manner I initially expected. If BBR cannot do anything other than Mustangs, they shouldn't claim they can.
