Erich Bollman, driver of the Christiana Muscle Cars NHRA Competition Eliminator Ford Probe, finished the year strong by winning the NHRA Pennsylvania Dutch Classic at Maple Grove Raceway near Reading, PA.
The Dutch Classic is the final stop on the NHRA Division 1 tour, and Bollman ran ran consistently in the high 7s to capture his second NHRA win. Erich explained, “It felt great to get my second win, but I couldn’t do it without the help of my father, Herb, who builds and tunes the 800-plus horsepower, high-winding, 310-cube small-block Ford engine.” Erich, a former NHRA record holder, knocked off some of NHRA’s toughest hitters along with way and looks forward to campaigning the team’s new FR500 Cobra Jet Mustang, one of just 50 produced, for the 2009 season.
