Steeda helps S197 owners get a handle on their Mustang’s cornering abilities with some cool new items.

Steeda has long been one of the leaders in Mustang suspension components, and it comes as no surprise that the company puts its mark on the new S197. With that in mind, check out some killer suspension goodies for the 2005-up crowd. For more info on these and other products, give Steeda a call at 954/960-0774, or hit them up online at www.steeda.com.

Billet Hardcore Anti-Roll Bar

    Billet Hardcore Anti-Roll Bar
Steeda has once again taken it to the next level with the brand new Hardcore Billet Anti-Roll Bar for the S197 Mustangs. Steeda designed the kit to use full rollerized bearings instead of bushings that can wear out or bind, as well as using end links that are fully Tig welded into place, so there is no chance of them moving or slipping. All mounting hardware is included, and the bar features rod ends and mounting tabs for both axle and rear frame rails. This kit can easily be unbolted and swapped out for your corner-hugging sway bar instead, or you can simply unbolt one of the end links so the Pony can be run on the street.

GT500 Rear Sway Bar

Steeda now has a rear sway bar kit specifically for the outstanding Shelby GT500. This bar is a direct replacement for the factory piece, and includes billet machined aluminum end links and urethane bushings. The GT500 sway bar will reduce understeer, improve steering response, and improve handling balance.

Watt’s Linkage

    Watt’s Linkage
Under development for an extended period of time, Steeda engineers using ISO 9001-2000 Certified Procedures have set a new benchmark standard for Watt’s Linkage suspension systems for the Ford performance enthusiast. The Watt’s Linkage is for the most discerning street performance enthusiasts, and also for those tracking their Mustang. The loose axle feeling with the stock Panhard bar (due to lateral axle movement) doesn’t always inspire confidence when tossing the car around. The more stable feeling with a Watt’s Linkage should allow a typical driver to control the car closer to the vehicle’s limits. Steeda’s design allows an adjustable roll center while maintaining proper geometry of the Watt’s Linkage to give minimal lateral movement. Steeda also uses polyurethane on both ends of the lateral links for decreased noise, vibration, and harshness.
