JPC Racing's new Three-Valve modular intake manifold.

JPC Racing releases new Three-Valve intake manifold.

Just on the heels of the C&L Performance Three-Valve intake manifold announcement comes another player to the market. For the past year, Justin Burcham of JPC Racing has been testing a new intake manifold he helped design for Three-Valve modular engines. We have seen  the R&D piece on his 8-second S197 car, but Burcham has been burning the midnight oil as of late to finalize the design. It fits everything from naturally aspirated engines (heads and camshafts upgrade/stock bottom end) to supercharged stroker engines.

Burcham showed a near-finished version of the intake at the NMRA/NMCA Super Bowl of Street Legal Drag Racing event at Route 66 Raceway (Joliet, IL). He showed up late to the race because it was finished last minute and he drove through the night to make it here. If you are on the property, head over to the UPR Products booth where they have it on display.

Keep your eyes open for testing of the JPC Racing intake manifold as well as the new C&L Performance piece. Ford Racing is also working on a Three-Valve intake. It is said to be a variable runner style intake. As soon as more information is available on all three intakes, we will get the word out through the blogs and the magazine.
