    There are so many new products and not enough space in the magazine for them. If I had enough space to tell you all about the new products that hit the market every day, I would need the entire issue! Guess that makes the website my saving grace.     Fuel Air Spark Technology

    Barry Grant

    Barry Grant’s King Demon carburetors are designed to feed competition engines-chiefly big-blocks, big-inch small-blocks, or high-revving small-blocks. With flow ratings from 795 to 1,295 cfm, they have either cast venturii or interchangeable venturi sleeves, as well as interchangeable base plates. Venturi sizes range from 1.50 to 1.838 inches, and the throttle plate sizes range from 1.80 to 2.10 inches.

    Further tuning potential can be realized with interchangeable air bleeds, emulsion bleeds, and idle-feed restrictors. Also, annular discharge boost venturii are employed in all King Demon carburetors, as well as deep, streamlined air intakes, three-circuit billet metering blocks, and float bowls with sight glasses.     Sunpro
    New from Sunpro is a 3 3/8-inch version of the company’s popular Super Tach III. The compact tachometer has a 10,000-rev scale, and it fits easily on dashboards where space is limited.
    The Super Tach III is sheathed in a solid metal casting decked with a striking reflective chrome finish. Aerodynamic relief vents adorn each side of the parabola-shaped housing, accentuating its streamlined styling. Perched atop is a prominent blue shift light that completes the tachometer’s retro, two-tone dial face graphics, while an RPM set point control is easily accessed on the front dial.
    Vibration proof air-core meter construction ensures the Super Tach III is accurate and reliable with fast needle response. Internal settings can be adjusted for two-, four-, six-, and eight-cylinder engines. The adjustable swivel mounting foot allows for positioning at a variety of angles. The tach can also be mounted in the dash with an optional bracket. Other features include an illuminated pointer and through-the-dial lighting for better night visibility.
